When you use up your plan's included AI credits, overage is drawn from a prepaid balance — your account keeps working without interruption.

Set a balance threshold and a refill amount. When your balance dips below the threshold, we charge your card automatically for the refill amount.

Lighter AI actions — classifying a conversation, updating memory, running an automation step — each use a fraction of a credit. Voice transcription uses credits per minute of audio. Inbound messages, drafts you discard, and replies your team members write themselves never use credits.
Your account keeps working. Additional usage is billed at the overage rate for your plan — $0.05 per credit on Starter, $0.04 on Pro, $0.03 on Scale. You can top up a prepaid balance manually (minimum $5) or enable auto top-up to refill automatically when your balance dips below a threshold you set.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Your 7-day free trial gives you one account, one agent, and a starter allotment of AI credits to try things out. You pick a plan and enter payment details when you start the trial, but you're not charged until the 7 days are up — cancel any time before then and you won't pay anything. If you cancel, your workspace moves to a read-only state; nothing is deleted.
